During this complimentary introductory tour, you will have the opportunity to see the yurt studio and space, try out the equipment with 1:1 instruction, and talk about your goals and any potential concerns before your first (or next) pilates journey begins.
Introductory New Member Specials:
Get started with our Introductory, New Member Special. You’ll get 3 personalized one-on-one sessions, 3 Group Classes, a t-shirt and a free pair of grippy socks!
This is a great introduction to Pilates movements and terminology, allowing the opportunity to increase your body awareness and become comfortable with Pilates; followed with the opportunity to try out classes and meet the instructors, before committing to a membership or package.
If you're not new to Pilates, but are just new to the studio, try our Intro 3-pack Group Classes instead!
Heard good things about Pilates but nervous to try it on your own? This 5-pack, Semi-Private New Member Special is designed for you and 1 to 2 friends or family members. The 5-pack includes a t-shirt and a free pair of grippy socks for each person! This is a great way to familiarize yourself with Pilates movements and terminology, get to know the instructor, and develop increased body awareness before committing to a membership or package.
Small Group Classes - Monthly Memberships:
Set yourself up for success with one of our monthly class memberships. Does your schedule only allow you to attend one time per week? Do you religiously attempt to commit to 2-3 times a week? Or are you a “pilates junkie” who if possible, would attend 4-7 times a week? With our exclusive memberships, sign up to receive 5, 8, 12, or unlimited classes per month!
Designed with the ease of automatic payments deducted from your card on file on a monthly billing date, our memberships save you money and help you create a consistent routine to achieve your desired results! If you’re serious about self-care, save a few bucks and get yourself moving.

Youth Pilates - Drop-In Classes:*
Don’t we all wish we had learned about our core early on? This 50-minute Youth Pilates Class teaches postural alignment and helps youth better understand their bodies. We focus on balance, flexibility, and whole-body strengthening while learning correct anatomical positioning.
This class is designed for youth ages 8 -17. (Children under eight years old must have prior approval.) No previous experience with Pilates is required.
Parents/Guardians, please plan to attend the first session. Participation is encouraged if space allows. Classes hold a maximum of six participants. Please contact Tabula Rasa Pilates directly if you want to learn more about Youth Pilates, or if you’d like to request a session!

Privates:
Private Pilates Sessions are the ideal way to achieve an individually tailored approach to your training, focusing on the unique presentation of your body - where you’re at, and where you want to go. Goals can be achieved quickly, and if you’re working with special considerations, this is the safest way to ensure you are practicing the correct technique and making rapid progress toward your goals. If you’ve hit a plateau in group classes or transitioning from physical therapy, private sessions are a perfect way to bridge the gap back to group classes.
We offer full (50 minute) and half (35 minute) private sessions. If you are unsure which might work best for you, we can address the session duration when discussing your goals.

Semi-Privates:
Semi-privates are designed for two or three people maximum and are an excellent option for friends or family members who want to take their pilates journey together! You’ll benefit from the motivation of training alongside your accountability partner(s) while achieving dramatic results from lots of personal attention. If you desire a customized approach to Pilates and have a friend or partner you want to share it with… semi-private sessions just might be the right option!
We offer full (50-minute) and half (35-minute) sessions. We can address the session duration (and pricing for half sessions) when discussing your goals if you are unsure which might work best for you.
