Pilates is back in the spring of 2026! Join fellow hikers and outdoor enthusiasts every Saturday this April and May, to awaken your senses with a gorgeous, refreshing hike and revitalizing Pilates class, led on the breathtaking bluffs overlooking the Pacific Ocean.
Pilates is a mindful movement experience supporting the lighthouse and our coastal community with experienced instructors from Tabula Rasa Pilates.
In Latin, Tabula Rasa means ‘blank slate’…a chance to start anew. With a focus on core strength, postural awareness, balance, increased overall mobility, and alleviating back pain, Pilates provides a rejuvenating opportunity to freshly embrace fitness and wellness while reducing stress, strengthening your entire body, and allowing intentional movements and precise exercises to transform your body, mind, and soul.

WHAT TO BRING:
🎒 A small backpack to wear while hiking that contains a water bottle, sunscreen, hat, sunglasses, chapstick, long sleeved layer, car keys and wallet.
💪🏼 A limited supply of mats will be provided. Participants are encouraged to bring your own mat on the hike with you.
💦 Snacks available for purchase at the lighthouse gift shop.
