Our Classes

In March 2026 Tabula Rasa Pilates redesigned our classes to adhere with a level and a categorical system. This change was implemented to streamline classes for easier bookings, and to provide better class selection guidance to participants.

It is important to note that every instructor has their own unique teaching style, and may have slight variations to how they interpret the class category/level, which may include their own teaching style and preferences. We encourage you to try different instructors to find the ones who work best for what you are looking for. Please checkout out our team bios for additional information.

Our instructors are classically trained to begin by introducing new clients to fundamental pilates exercises and concepts (which means your first session may have lots of explanations and will typically be reformer based,) and then progress clients to more intermediate pilates exercises incorporating all the classical pilates apparatus - Universal Reformer, Wunda Chair and Cadillac.

Youth Pilates

Don’t we all wish we had learned about our core early on in life? This 50-minute Youth Pilates Class teaches postural alignment and helps youth develop a better awareness of their body. We focus on balance, flexibility and whole body strengthening while learning correct anatomical positioning.

This class is designed for youth ages 8-17. (Under 8 years old with prior approval,) No prior experience with Pilates is required.
